Training and development to foster continuous personal and professional  development demonstrates enteg’s commitment to continous learning and building intellectual capital to its employees.  The learning framework is continuously enhanced with new programs and the latest learning techniques to meet the different learning needs of Enteg’s employees in specific areas of technology, cultural and communication skills and other soft skills.The training plan provides a series of inputs as individuals grow through their professional career.

The training is varied depending on the experience and requirements. Commencing with a structured induction at the beginning to leadership trainings while assuming senior responsibilities ,people who join enteg are inducted into an induction program depending on their experience. This will cover all aspects of software development skills that are required.There is also high focus on competency development. We also have an entry-level technical training program, which is for a duration of one month.

Our HR training team has a mandate of providing technical & business skill training based on the departmental and divisional need. All employees are eligible to take training based on the competency gap identified or project need. In addition to class room training one can take e-Learning with out waiting for class room training.

Our weekly knowledge sharing sessions makes the captured expertise available to all people serving our organisation.
