These positions require specific skill-sets and experience. A technical round of interview is followed by a two day guest programme, which would be scheduled on a specific date and intimated to the shortlisted candidate in the technical round. Here the candidate gets to understand the organization and its requirements. The organization also benefits in evaluating the technical competence of the person attending this programme.
Entry level talent is also put through a orientation on all the technology practices and services. The induction programme is followed by the allocation of employees to various technologies / business unit. Once allocated to a technology / business unit, the employee goes through a detailed induction in the technology and business domain. At the end of this induction, employees are assigned to project groups under the guidance of an identified mentor.
Project Leaders & Project Managers: The role of the Project Leader is to lead a team of software developers, provide an estimate of effort, manage resources and deliver a project to the satisfaction of the Project Manager and the customer.
