Reliance Capital was looking for ways to streamlining and integrating a wide array of heterogeneous systems in managing its travel and procurement activities. It wanted to eliminate the slow manual business process and reduce high IT costs associated with complex interfaces in these areas.

The travel Management system had to be realigned. Travel costs had grown exponentially and Reliance required a solution that would help in managing and controlling travel costs.

As far as procurement was concerned, the old legacy system had to be replaced to gain more comprehensive e-procurement functionality and to ensure transparent view of procurement processes as well as to simplify user experience.
