Its Web browser user interface requires minimum training for occasional users. The application supports flexible project management and team collaboration. Standard project accounting integration (SAP ECC):

Integrating cProjects with SAP controlling object (PS or internal order) helps in project cost estimation to arrive at a quote and analyze project profitability during project execution. Timesheet interface enables further comparison such as planned vs actual effort/ cost and also in recognizing revenue based on the fixed price or T&M contract signed with the customer.
